Wills
and Succession:
We assist clients in estate planning by advising on and drafting
suitable trust documents, wills and other testamentary instruments,
often in collaboration with tax consultants. We also advise
clients on the laws of intestate succession and issues relating
to conflict of laws where the testator is a foreigner or where
the testator's assets are situated in other jurisdictions.
Probate and Letters of Administration:
We act for clients in applying for grant of Probate or Letters
of Administration, and for estate-duty clearance to extract
such grant. We also assist executors and administrators in the
proper vesting of the assets of the estate in connection with
the administration of the estate. |
