Justina's
primary areas of practice are in corporate and commercial law.
These include takeovers mergers and acquisitions, corporate
restructuring, hedge funds, work related to listed companies,
capital issues, and joint ventures and other forms of investments.
She
is also involved in trademark and patent registration, and advising
and drafting various IT-related contracts, such as reseller,
remarketing, co-branding and website development agreements
and other types of IT service agreements, website terms of use
and e-policies. |
