Anne Choo, the Chief Executive Officer and founder of CitiLegal
LLC, began her legal practice in 1981 at Allen & Gledhill.
In 1988, she co-founded Koh & Choo, a boutique law firm
with a strong focus on corporate and commercial work.
In July 2000, Koh & Choo merged with the firm of Joseph
Tan Jude Benny, but disengaged from this merger a year later.
Upon de-merger from Joseph Tan Jude Benny, the firm of Koh &
Choo was corporatised on 1 July 2001 to form CitiLegal LLC.
On 1 May 2002, Chia Chor Leong, who also began his legal practice
in 1981 and who had operated his own law firm since 1985, merged
his predominantly litigation-based practice with that of CitiLegal
LLC and became a Director of the law corporation. |
