Celine
has specialised in the field of intellectual property for over
14 years. She began her legal career in 1989 as an Assistant
Registrar of the Singapore Registry of Trade Marks and Patents,
now known as the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
She commenced private practice in 1992 and has worked in the

Lee and Lee, Ang and Partners and Tan Kok Quan Partnership.
She was responsible for setting up and establishing the Intellectual
Property Practice at her former firm, and headed its Intellectual
Property Department from the year 2000 to July 2005. She joined
CitiLegal as a Consultant in August 2005. |

Celine
has extensive experience in trademarks, patents, designs, copyright,
trade secrets and commercial transactions relating to intellectual
property, including licensing, franchising, technology transfer,
and assignments. She manages the intellectual property portfolio
for clients ranging from multi-national corporations to start-up
companies and individual inventors, for whom she has secured
trademark, patent and design protection throughout the world.

aspect of her work involves trademark oppositions and rectifications,
